Customer Service Agreement – LinkedIn Made Easy
Provider: Leonor Herrera ("Provider")
1. Course Access & Materials
Client will receive access to all course materials for LinkedIn Made Easy starting on February 27, 2025.
2. Customer Support
Provider will offer support related to course content via email at [email protected] for the duration of the course. Client may ask questions and seek guidance on course-related topics.
3. Response Time
Provider will respond to inquiries within 48 hours during business days. Support does not include one-on-one coaching or LinkedIn profile audits unless explicitly stated in the course.
4. No Guarantees
Results depend on the Client’s effort and implementation. Provider does not guarantee specific outcomes, such as a certain number of leads or connections.
5. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued once access is granted.
6. Code of Conduct
Client agrees to engage respectfully in any discussions or community spaces related to the course. Provider reserves the right to remove any participant who engages in inappropriate behavior.
7. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of Georgia.
By purchasing the LinkedIn Made Easy course, Client acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
