HI I'M LEONOR
I left my teaching job in 2008 after running my nanny agency as a side hustle for one year, and since then I had been connecting families and nannies.
After years of working closely with hundreds of nannies, I noticed that every nanny goes through a journey and the more experienced she gets, the more need she has to help others succeed in the childcare field.
I created The Nanny Agency Mentoring Program to help nannies who have the desire and drive to build a successful nanny agency where they can make a strong impact in their communities.
